Frequently asked questions
Can you move us from our current accounting software?
Yes. Customers, vendors, items and opening balances are exported, cleaned and checked in a sandbox before anything is loaded into your live Books organisation.
Is Zoho Books enough, or do we need Zoho Inventory too?
Books handles invoicing and accounting well on its own. If you manage stock across warehouses or branches, you will likely want Inventory as well — see our ERP and finance automation service.
Can Zoho Books sync with Zoho CRM?
Yes. The two connect natively, and we configure exactly which records sync and in which direction so nothing is duplicated.
