Do we need to buy Zoho licences before talking to you?
No. Come to us first. Which plan you need depends on what you are actually going to use, and buying the wrong tier is the most common expensive mistake we see. We will tell you the cheapest plan that does the job, even when a higher one would be easier for us.
Can you take over an implementation someone else started?
Often, yes. We start with a paid audit of what exists, then give you an honest answer on whether it is better to repair or rebuild. Roughly half the projects that reach us are rescues.
What happens to our data during migration?
It is exported, cleaned and mapped in a sandbox first. You review a sample before the full load. Your existing system stays live through a parallel-run week, so there is always something to fall back to.
Who actually does the work?
Our own consultants and developers. Nothing is subcontracted. The consultant who runs your discovery stays on the project through launch and support.
Do you work with clients outside India?
Yes. We work across time zones with clients in the UK, US, UAE and Australia, with calls scheduled in your working hours and a written summary after each one.
What if we want to manage it ourselves afterwards?
That is a normal outcome and we build for it. You get admin access throughout, written documentation of every customisation, and training aimed at making your internal admin self-sufficient.
