Frequently asked questions
What is Deluge?
Deluge is Zoho's scripting language. It runs inside Zoho CRM, Creator, Books, Desk and other apps, and lets us write custom logic that the standard point-and-click workflow rules cannot handle.
Should we use Zoho Flow or Deluge?
Zoho Flow is quicker for connecting apps with standard triggers and actions. Deluge is better when the logic is specific to your business. Most projects use both, and we choose per automation.
Can automation work with tools outside Zoho?
Yes, through webhooks, Zoho Flow connectors or direct API calls. See our API and third-party integration service for details.
